Yes! The price includes as many cards as you can fit in the box, the digitisation of all of your cards, book proof design, and printing and shipping of the book. The charge is the same no matter how many cards you include in the box, but the box typically holds around 50 standard greeting cards.

Yes! Your cards will appear in the book in the same order they are included in the box from top to bottom. You will also get a book preview online once the cards are photographed and you can make changes to the order of the pages before you approve the book for print.

Yes! Card return is optional. You will see an option to get your cards returned at checkout.

We will digitise the front of the card and any part of the card that has writing or printing, whether that's the inside or back of the card. The front of the card will be on one page of the book, and the inside of the card will be on the opposite page of the book.

Once we receive your box of cards, it will typically take 4–6 weeks for you to receive your book proof, and then 3–4 weeks for you to receive your book after you approve the proof. Timing may vary during peak seasons.

Yes! We will send you an online book proof to approve, and you will be able to choose or upload the cover image, change the title, add captions and move around pages before you send it to print.

The standard cards box holds about 50 cards. If you want to send more than you can fit in the box, you may order 2 boxes and request for them to be combined into one book if desired. For large or non-standard cards, please contact cards@artkivebox.com.

Cardkive orders can be cancelled and refunded within the first 24 hours after purchase. After 24 hours, Cardkive orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.
